Mississippi Mud
Hot Antic Jazz Band
"25th Anniversary Concert" (2004)
This video of the "Hot Antic Jazz Band" was filmed at the band's 25th Anniversary Concert in Nimes, France in 2004 with Michel Bastide trombone, cornet, & vocals, Bernard Antherieu clarinet, Philippe Raspail alto sax & vocals, Martin Seck piano & vocals, Jean Pierre Dubois banjo, and Christian Lefevre tuba,
Following an inspired vocal trio performance a member of the audience comes on stage with a Chilean rain stick, for a surprise ending.
They are using a slightly different arrangement of "Mississippi Mud" than the one used by Frank Trumbauer on his 1928 recording featuring crooner Bing Crosby.
