This record was made in Chicago during February of 1928 featuring W. E. Buddy Burton vocals & piano accompaniment.
*"Ham Fatchet Blues" was written by Evans 'Buddy' Burton.
It was Evans Burton's first solo recording endeavor. Prior to the session that produced this side Buddy Burton had only served on record as an accompanist. A popular artist of Chicago's South Side he also alternately played the washboard, banjo, and kazoo.
