Thomas Morris

(August 30th 1897 - ? ?th 1945)

A cornetist native to New York City whose style was representative of the pre-Louis Armstrong brass sound. He recorded with many big name musicians including Clarence Williams, Charlie Johnson, and Fats Waller in addition to accompanying singers like Mamie Smith and Eva Taylor.
