Recorded in New York City on March 10th 1930 featuring personnel including Arthur Schutt piano & director, and Smith Ballew vocals.

*"'Leven-Thirty Saturday Night" was composed by Earl Burtnett, William B. Grantham, and Jess Kirkpatrick.

Arthur Schutt learned piano from his father, and accompanied silent films as a teenager in the 1910s. He was playing in a movie palace in 1918 when Paul Specht hired him to play in a band leading to a European tour in 1923. He left Specht in 1924 after which he held positions with Roger Wolfe Kahn and Don Voorhees. Becoming a prolific studio pianist, he recording with Fred Rich, Nat Shilkret, Frankie Trumbauer, Bix Beiderbecke, and the Charleston Chasers. From 1926-29 and again in 1931 Schutt played with Red Nichols, also recording with the Dorsey Brothers and Benny Goodman. Finally he cut sides under his own name as a bandleader in 1929-30.
