Chinese Blues
The Hottentots
Feat. Red Nichols & Miff Mole
This side was recorded in New York City during February 1926 with with Red Nichols trumpet, Miff Mole trombone, Dick Johnson clarinet, Rube Bloom piano, Tony Colucci banjo, and Vic Berton drums.
*"Chinese Blues" was composed by Thomas "Fats" Waller and Irving Mills.
Like many of the publications written by other artists but also bearing his name, Irving Mills is credited here solely for his role as the tunes' publisher and most likely had little to do with its actual composition.
