With this fantastic all string assembly West Coast jazz man Daniel Weinstein has a chance to truly shine as a multi-instrumentalist. Beginning on violin he's already burning it up within the first minute of this red hot performance. Marcus Gerakos takes the first guitar break his nimble fingers invoking the powerful spirit of Django Reinhardt himself. Weinstein comes back brandishing his trombone for another equally sophisticated solo; upon viewing one can't help but marvel at his effortless control (he makes it look so easy). Next second guitarist Ron Hershewe has his turn, followed with a brief interjection from bassist Oliver Steinberg, before Daniel returns on violin for the riveting conclusion.
