I'm Tired of Everything But You
Nick Lucas
"Brunswick Success"
This side was cut in New York City during July of 1925 featuring Nick Lucas guitar & vocals.
*"I'm Tired Of Everything But You" was written by Isham Jones.
After experimenting playing rhythm guitar in place of the banjo on recordings directed by Sam Lanin, Nick Lucas first began making solo recordings with the Brunswick label in October of 1923. The exposure made him a success practically overnight and he left the Lanin band that same year bound for Chicago to join Ted Fio Rito and Danny Russo's "Oriole Orchestra" for a stint at the Edgewater Beach Hotel.
