This recording was made in New York City on February 14th 1923 "Johnny Dunn's Original Jazz Hounds" featuring Johnny Dunn cornet & leader.
*"Spanish Dreams" was composed by Perry Bradford.
Johnny Dunn was discovered in Memphis by W. C. Handy in 1916 and worked for him until he left for New York in 1920 to join singer Mamie Smith's "Jazz Hounds" and eventually assumed control of the band.
