*"Doin' The Rumba" was written by Frank Perkins, Irving Mills, and Charles Kenny.
Joe Mooney was a gifted singer brilliantly adept at musical comedy. Together with his brother Dan they formed the pop singing duo "The Sunshine Boys", inspired by Bing Crosby's "Rhythm Boys". Between 1929 and '31 they recorded seventeen titles for Columbia.
