This recording was produced in Los Angeles, California during May of 1925 featuring Herb Wiedoeft and Joseph Nemoli cornets, Clyde Lucas trombone, Jesse Stafford trombone & baritone horn, Joseph Nemoli clarinet, Fred Bibesheimer, Larry Abbott, and Gene Rose clarinet, alto, & tenor sax, Vincent Rose piano, Jose Sucedo banjo, Gerhardt 'Gay' Wiedoeft tuba, and Adolph Wiedoeft drums & xylophone.
*"He's Just A Horn-Tootin' Fool" was composed by Lou Davis, Henry Busse, and Ross Gorman.
Master cornetist Herb Wiedoeft leads his ultra-dynamic Orchestra in a performance that is one of their typical tight arrangements containing plenty of high register work. This number was also recorded the same year by its author Henry Busse and his "Buzzards" for Victor but wasn't issued.
