In this 1928 MGM Movie-tone short Marion Harris performs the songs "Afraid Of You" and "We Love It".
In 1924 Marion Harris married and had two children but it doesn't seem to have slowed her down. She continued to played the Palace Theatre, tour the country with vaudeville shows, and appeared in Florenz Ziegfeld's "Midnight Frolic." Not willing to forfeit her busy career for domestic life she was divorced in 1928 and returned to New York theater. Marion recorded more sides for Victor and starred in the eight minute MGM promotional film, "Marion Harris, Songbird of Jazz."
