"Earl's 2nd Session"
This recording was made in Chicago on December 9th 1928 featuring Earl Hines piano.
*"Caution Blues" was composed by Earl "Fatha" Hines.
Following an unsuccessful attempt at managing a Chicago club with partners Louis Armstrong and Zutty Singleton, Earl recorded his first ten piano solos for the Okeh and QRS labels in December of 1928.
(This side was recorded at his second session for Okeh, held the day after his solo debut for QRS.)
