A Polish trombonist active in traditional jazz since the revivalist era of the 1950's Dymitr Markiewicz is a most memorable talent. Surrounding himself with top musicians over the course of his long career he has performed and recorded with bands including the "Warsaw Stompers" and the "Polish-Swedish Connection" featuring reed man and multi-instrumentalist Max Carling.
