What If We Do ?
Seven Gallon Jug Band
Feat. Frank Robinson
This recording was produced in New York City on December 6th 1929 with Clarence Williams jug, Ed Allen cornet, Arville Harris clarinet, Willie "The Lion" Smith piano, and Frank Robinson bass sax & tin flute.
*"What If I Do?" was composed by Clarence Williams and James P. Johnson.
Of particular interest in this recorded jam is the tight interaction between the tin flute of Frank Robinson and Arville Harris accompanying him playing low register on his clarinet during that all important final minute.
