*"Manhattan Mary" was composed by Ray Henderson, with lyrics by Buddy DeSylva and Lew Brown. It was the title song performed by Mae Clarke and Ed Wynn in the 1927 broadway musical of the same name.
The "University Six" was a pseudonym for the "California Ramblers".
