Angry
Arcadian Serenaders
Feat. Sterling Bose
Recorded in St. Louis, Missouri on October 26th 1925 featuring Sterling Bose cornet, Avery Loposer trombone, Cliff Holman clarinet & alto sax, Johnny Riddick piano, Bob Marvin banjo, and Felix Guarino drums.
*"Angry" is credited to Dudley Mecum, Jules Cassard, and George Brunies.
Bose and the gang really get cookin' on this raging New Orleans staple. Avery Loposer (heard on saxophone on their earlier "Original Crescent City Jazzers" records), now featured on trombone, takes the first break about a minuet in followed by a slippery saxophone segment from Cliff Holman.
